Job summary

Innovations Financial Credit Union is seeking a Financial Service Representative (FSR I–III) to join our onsite team in Florida. You will open and maintain member deposits and accounts, understand member needs, advise on solutions, and support lending processes.

This role emphasizes service excellence, teamwork, and branch goals. As you grow, opportunities for coaching, leadership, and specialized roles become available.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Strong communication skills required.

Responsibilities

• Open and maintain deposit, business, and IRA accounts.
• Understand member needs and recommend solutions.
• Assist with loan applications and basic lending guidance.
• FSR III supports coaching within the team.
• Accurately process member transactions.
• Maintain cash drawer balance and compliance.
• Participate in ongoing training.
• Contribute to branch goals and promotional campaigns.
• Uphold branch standards and service expectations.

What You’ll Do

As an FSR at Innovations, you’ll be a frontline ambassador delivering exceptional service:

Member Relationships & Accounts

• Open and maintain deposit, business, and IRA accounts
• Understand member needs and recommend solutions

Lending Support & Consultation

• Assist with loan applications and basic lending guidance
• FSR III supports coaching within the team

Transactions & Service Delivery

• Accurately process member transactions
• Maintain cash drawer balance and compliance

Team Engagement & Development

• Participate in ongoing training
• Contribute to branch goals and promotional campaigns

Operational Excellence

• Uphold branch standards and service expectations

Who You Are

• High school diploma or GED
• Customer-focused with strong communication skills
• Comfortable making decisions and solving problems
• Able to stand for extended periods and perform routine branch tasks
