Position summary

This role involves performing physical and visual inspections of products and plant systems, accurately documenting results, taking corrective actions when necessary, and reporting to management. All team members are responsible for safety, including personal and food safety.

Minimum requirements

1. Education: High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
2. Experience: At least 1 year in the fresh meats industry or similar QA experience.
3. Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication, ability to complete paperwork, motivate others, problem-solving, math, reading and interpreting specifications, stress management, flexibility.
4. Physical requirements: Heavy lifting (70 lbs+).
5. Supervisory & travel: None.
6. Work shift: 3rd shift.
