Praxy is seeking a FSQA Technician I to monitor Food Safety and Quality Procedures and ensure adherence to GMPs in a dynamic meat processing environment. You will verify procedures, maintain records, and implement corrective actions throughout the day to uphold product integrity.
The role requires 6 months of related experience or training, strong communication skills, and basic math/Office proficiency. Flexibility for overtime and weekends is expected to support production needs.

The FSQA Technician I is a multiple task position and is part of a dynamic team. The candidate will be responsible for monitoring Food Safety and Quality Procedures. The FSQA Technician I is responsible for following proper program procedures, verification of procedures, record keeping and documentation, and corrective actions throughout the day.
