Job summary

The role includes releasing products only after meeting customer specifications and maintaining safety, quality, and teamwork across the department.

The position is salary exempt plus weekend pay, with schedules discussed during interviews. Candidates should be able to work early mornings and OT as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 5 years of QA experience in food manufacturing.
• Ability to manage Pre-Op procedures starting at 4:30am.
• Excellent safety and documentation practices.
• Willingness to work OT and weekends.
• Authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Monitor food safety and QA documentation to ensure compliance.
• Assist with internal and customer audits.
• Ensure product is released only after meeting customer specs.
• Maintain safety and quality across the department.
• Report and complete necessary paperwork and reports.
