Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in a related field.
• Experience with USDA/FSMA regulations and customer requirements.
• Ability to prioritize and manage time efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the quality system across multiple facilities and programs.
• Ensure facilities comply with applicable regulations and rules.
• Lead investigations for non-conforming products and drive CAPA.
• Conduct internal audits and maintain QA records.
• Enter information into PHIS and track incidents/responses.
• Coordinate with FSQ Director and plant leadership weekly.
• Communicate with technicians and maintain department how-to guides.
• Respond to plant/FSQ requests in a timely, quality manner.
• Lead monthly pest control reviews and plant walkthroughs.
• Organize tech monthly meetings and present weekly task reports.
