Our Financial Accounting Advisory Services (FAAS) team is growing exponentially, and as a Manager in our Transactions group, you will play a critical role in shaping and sustaining that momentum. Working across a broad range of industries, you will have the opportunity to advance your career by developing and communicating innovative, strategic solutions both internally and with clients.
This role requires a strong focus on listening to and understanding our clients’ unique challenges, enabling you to deliver tailored insights and an exceptional client experience in an environment where there are no “off-the-shelf” solutions. As part of our Financial Services Office (FSO) FAAS Transactions team, you will advise companies on complex financial reporting and accounting matters, including—but not limited to— revenue recognition; share-based payments; financial asset transfers and securitizations; consolidation; leases; and mergers and acquisitions.

That means you’ll need to develop a deep understanding of key complex accounting areas and use that knowledge to think on your feet and challenge existing practices to help our clients develop answers to complex issues. You’ll also be collaborating with colleagues within FAAS and across multiple service lines, so we’ll look to you to build relationships and identify opportunities to bring insights across all disciplines beyond accounting to our clients. Regular travel may be required as you will be meeting with key clients, some of those being the most respected in their fields.
We offer a competitive compensation package where you’ll be rewarded based on your performance and recognized for the value you bring to our business. In addition, our Total Rewards package includes medical and dental coverage, pension and 401(k) plans, a minimum of three weeks of vacation plus ten observed holidays and three paid personal days, and a range of programs and benefits designed to support your physical, financial and social well-being.
