Job summary

The Wellness Pet Company in South Saint Paul, MN, is seeking a Food Safety & Quality Assurance Manager to lead FSMA compliance, BRCGS certification, and site quality systems across a manufacturing facility. You’ll drive regulatory audits, quality programs, and continuous improvement with a cross-functional team.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in food safety, HACCP/PCQI, and strong leadership in a USDA/FDA environment, plus experience implementing and managing CAPA and training records.
