Job Title: Soarian Engineer – FSI Financial Analyst

Location: Remote or On-Site

Employment Type: Full-Time

Position Summary:

We’re seeking a highly experienced Soarian Engineer to lead integration and optimization of financial applications within a complex healthcare environment. This role focuses on supporting financial system interfaces, improving billing workflows, and ensuring compliance with evolving healthcare data standards. The ideal candidate brings a strong foundation in Soarian Financials along with deep technical knowledge of integration tools and revenue operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build, maintain, and support Soarian Financials integrations with a focus on patient billing, claims, and revenue workflows
• Lead interface troubleshooting, issue resolution, and systems performance monitoring
• Collaborate with internal teams across finance, IT, and clinical operations to align technical designs with operational goals
• Facilitate integration specification meetings and vendor interactions to support project milestones
• Maintain thorough technical documentation, workflow diagrams, and audit-ready records
• Oversee testing of cross-solution integrations and validation of Oracle Health code changes
• Provide hands-on training and knowledge transfer to client teams for sustained success and post-implementation support
• Champion compliance with HIPAA, security policies, and enterprise data exchange protocols

Required Qualifications:

• Extensive hands-on experience with Soarian Financials (application support, integration, configuration)
• Expertise in revenue cycle systems, workflows, and related financial data structures
• Strong working knowledge of HL7, X12, and other healthcare interoperability standards
• Background in Oracle Health tools, packages, and strategy alignment
• Proven experience in project-based healthcare IT consulting
• Minimum 8 years in systems analysis, infrastructure, enterprise application support, and technical problem-solving

Preferred Skills:

• Familiarity with other revenue platforms such as Epic Resolute, Cerner Millennium, or Meditech
• Experience with interface engines like Cloverleaf, Mirth, Rhapsody, or CorePoint
• Understanding of payer systems, claims processing, and denial management
• Exposure to Open Link, Open Engine, or Olympus platforms
