Job Summary:

This role ensures the facility remains clean, safe, sanitary, and conducive to quality patient care. The position involves participation in performance improvement activities.

Salary Range:

$16-$23 per hour, depending on experience.

Hours:

Temporary Night shifts.

Minimum Education:

• High School Diploma or equivalent.

Minimum Work Experience:

Essential Functions:

• Work independently with normal supervision.
• Participate in performance and quality improvement activities.
• Assist visitors with directions.
• Attend at least 90% of staff meetings annually and review all meeting minutes.
• Perform routine cleaning tasks including beds, gurneys, patient rooms, and common areas.
• Complete assignments promptly.
• Perform end-of-day terminal cleaning.
• Follow all infection control practices.
• Maintain safety and quality standards.
• Report hazards and safety concerns.
• Transport waste appropriately.
• Use and maintain equipment properly.
• Utilize chemicals and supplies according to procedures.
• Other duties as assigned.
