Job summary

Baptist Health ER & Urgent Care - Georgetown seeks a Registered Nurse for the Emergency Department on a PRN First Shift to provide compassionate, patient‑centered care.

You will perform assessments, develop care plans, deliver direct care, and contribute to a healing environment while demonstrating leadership and commitment to quality.

KY license required along with BLS; ACLS/PALS/NRP as needed; BSN preferred; Georgetown location.

Qualifications

• Current RN licensure or work permit in Kentucky.
• Bachelor’s or an associate degree in nursing from an accredited college/university.
• If holding an associate degree with less than 10 years of experience must enroll in BSN within 12 months and complete the degree within 5 years.
• BLS certification is required; if not certified, obtain within 30 days of hire.
• ACLS/PALS/NRP and dysrhythmia class as required by department of assignment.

• Applicants with an associate degree in nursing and less than 10 years of experience must enroll within 12 months of hire in a bachelor’s degree program and must have achieved the degree within 5 years.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is required. If not already certified, must obtain BLS within 30 days of their hire date.
• ACLS/PALS/NRP and successful completion of dysrhythmia class as required by department of assignment.
