Responsibilities:

  • Assist in monitoring and documenting the production process to ensure adherence to safety and quality standards.
  • Assist in conducting routine inspections and quality tests on raw materials and finished products.
  • Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal food safety regulations.
  • Participate in audits carried out by internal teams or external regulatory bodies.
  • Maintain knowledge of food safety regulations and standards.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve quality issues.
  • Communicate effectively and provide excellent customer service.
  • Utilize basic office productivity software (e.g., Microsoft Office, G Suite).
  • Understand sanitation practices and food safety regulations.
  • Work with minimal supervision.
