Join to apply for the FS - Night Auditor role at OTO Development.

AC Hotel Times Square pays above the National Average, with rates from $27.05 to $29.05 per hour. FLSD Certification required within 6 months.

Ideal candidates have Marriott and Fosse experience, along with Fire Life Safety Certification. Hotel experience is a must.

National Base Salary Rate: $15.20 - $17.10/hour. Rate depends on state/market.

OTO Development offers a Night Auditor position with the following responsibilities:

• Execute guest reservation, check-in, check-out, payment, and service procedures per brand standards.
• Maintain a friendly, hospitable attitude with guests and team members, present at the desk during all hours.
• Acquire and maintain knowledge of local attractions and amenities to assist guests.
• Ensure collections, including credit card and direct bill, are processed according to policies.
• Control over keys, safe deposits, and all property.
• Monitor competitor occupancy and rates to optimize rates.
• Complete all documentation promptly.
• Quote daily rates and issue credits properly.
• Support guest satisfaction with additional duties as assigned.

The requirements for this position include:

• Fire Life Safety Director License (FLSD) or successful completion within six months.
• Proficiency in property management systems.
• Ability to respond quickly to emergency situations.
• Experience in cash handling, credit cards, and maintaining confidentiality.
• Ability to pass brand standard certification tests.
• Experience with data entry and computer use.
• Strong teamwork and customer focus.
• Approachability and effective communication skills.

Physical requirements:

• Position may be physically demanding; comfort with standing, sitting, walking, bending, lifting, and squatting for extended periods.
