Job summary

Deutsche Telekom System Solutions Slovakia is seeking an OpenText SMAX specialist to customize interfaces and automate workflows within the SMAX platform. The role requires hands-on experience with OpenText SMAX and a good understanding of ITSM processes.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment to ensure robust delivery and continuous improvements. The position emphasizes testing, acceptance validation of new SMAX releases, and alignment with service management
