Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED and prior manufacturing experience.
• Experience in the food manufacturing industry preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to operate machinery.
• Ability to troubleshoot issues on the machine.
• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
• Ability to collaborate with others and work independently.
• Basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Operate fryer to ensure a continuous flow of product to production lines.
• Set up, monitor, and adjust fryer machine settings as needed.
• Feed 70lb cases of Pork Pellets to fryer chute.
• Monitor and troubleshoot oil recovery system.
• Follow Food Defense Procedures and GMPs.
• Maintain cleanliness and GMP compliance in production areas.
• Record and maintain process control sheet data.
• Communicate problems or changes to supervisor and staff.
