Job summary

Royal Fresh Cuts is seeking a production worker to support the timely processing of fruits and vegetables in a warehouse and processing room environment. You will work safely, smartly, and be mindful of yield in every product handled.

The role involves preparing produce with hand cutlery, maintaining a clean work area, and strictly following GMPs and internal SOPs. Training is provided; candidates should be capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and be prepared for 8–10 hour shifts.

Qualifications

• No minimum experience required; on-the-job training provided.
• Experience in a food processing environment would be an asset.

Responsibilities

• Prepare Fruit and Vegetables using hand held cutlery for further processing.
• Maintain a clean, well-organized work area.
• Adhere to production procedures and GMPs.
• Follow in-house Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Immediately report any observation of contamination to supervisor.
• Follow and comply with the company's safety program at all times.
• Report any unsafe working conditions to the supervisor immediately.
• Do not operate machinery without proper training.
• Other duties as assigned.
