Job summary

Responsibilities

• Food Safety is the responsibility of all Ventura Coastal manufacturing employees and must be documented.
• Cleans and sanitizes equipment per cleaning schedule.
• Monitor JBT conveyor line to ensure extractors run properly.
• Operate and own the pasteurizer process when needed.
• Provide break and lunch relief to operators and fruit graders as required.
• Follow safety rules and wear PPE.
