Job Responsibilities:

1. Pick row and orchard crops according to crop type.
2. Sort, weigh, and pack fruit and vegetables based on customer orders.
3. Load, unload, and transfer crates, supplies, and farm produce for transport.
4. Clean racks, trays, and packing areas to meet company standards.
5. Maintain cleanliness of the farm as required.
6. Plant and weed fields to promote optimal growth.
7. Perform other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Physically fit and able to lift 50 lbs repeatedly.
• Willing to work in all weather conditions and shifts including mornings, evenings, and weekends.
• Driver's license is an asset.
• Attention to detail and a great attitude.
