Job summary

Employee Magnets is seeking a FRU Tester L1 to support testing of PC components and related products in Grapevine, TX. You will perform tests on motherboard, memory, CPU, LCD, HDD and other items, then report results and data.

English communication and meticulous inspection are essential for success in this role. The candidate should be detail oriented, a team player with strong attendance, able to multitask and meet KPI targets while following procedures and maintaining testing equipment.

Qualifications

A+ certification is a plus; college graduate in computer field preferred.
Must be detail oriented with strong data handling habits.
Able to read and follow written instructions and guidelines.
Strong customer service focus and a team player attitude.
Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced warehouse/testing environment.
Willingness to work OT as required and maintain good attendance.
Proficient use of MS Excel to track data and inputs.

Responsibilities

The FRU Tester L1 is responsible for testing products and reporting test results.
Daily responsibilities include reading, writing and speaking English and inspecting products.
Perform testing on motherboard, memory, CPU, LCD, HDD and other products.
Report product issues and findings; input data when required.
Follow procedures; meet KPI targets and maintain test tooling and records.
Maintain 5S standards and keep tooling in good condition.
Turn in KPI reports on time; support occasional changes in project tasks.
Ensure safe, accurate handling in a warehouse environment.
