Responsibilities

• Lay up fiberglass and resin to manufacture FRP components.
• Safely handle vinyl ester and epoxy resins.
• Use hand and power tools, measuring devices, and shop equipment.
• Read and follow technical drawings and work instructions.
• Perform finishing work including grinding, painting, and cleanup.
• Communicate effectively with team members to meet production goals.
• Lift and carry materials up to 100 lbs.
