Job summary

Performance Food Group's Customized Distribution in Elkton, MD is hiring a warehouse associate to pick cases, palletize orders, and load shipments using an electric pallet jack or forklift. You will ensure safety, accuracy, and timely fulfillment while working in a multi-temperature environment.

The role is day shift, five days a week, with overtime as needed. Starting pay is $19.57/hour plus incentives and a $2,500 welcome bonus. Day 1 benefits and a range of company perks are provided.

Qualifications

• Must pass post-offer drug test and background check.
• Must become EPJ certified within new-hire training.
• Ability to work required overtime.

Responsibilities

• Follow safety policies and keep the work area safe.
• Review schedule, prepare supplies, and perform safety checks.
• Meet required productivity and accuracy standards.
• Place pallets on pallet jack and locate products per orders.
• Move palletized orders to shipping dock; shrink-wrap as needed.
• Inspect and replace battery packs, complete end-of-shift tasks.
