Frozen STORE/NIGHT CLERK (Finance)

Assist the department manager in reaching sales and profit goals established for the department and monitor all established quality assurance standards. Minimum Requirements:

• Ability to handle stressful situations
• Knowledge of basic math (counting, addition, and subtraction)

• Any retail experience
• Second language (speaking, reading, and/or writing)

Additional responsibilities include:

• Promote trust and respect among associates
• Create a welcoming environment for customers by answering questions and providing product suggestions
• Maintain knowledge of products and inform customers of specials
• Ensure product quality and freshness, review sell-by dates, and take appropriate action
• Label, stock, and inventory merchandise, and provide customers with ordered products
• Report discrepancies and safety issues, and adhere to all safety and food safety regulations
• Perform preventive maintenance and notify management of repairs
• Report accidents, safety risks, and illegal activities
