Qualifications

• Ability to solve practical problems; various variables with limited standardization; interpret instructions.
• Ability to do arithmetic calculations involving fractions, decimals, and percentages.
• Ability to file, post, and mail materials; copy data; interview to obtain basic information; guide people.

Responsabilités

• Provides prompt, efficient and friendly customer service; treat customers as the most important people in the store.
• Smiles and greets customers; learns names and addresses them by name when possible.
• Assists customers by escorting to products, securing items, loading heavy items, noting suggestions.
• Answers the telephone promptly and provides friendly, helpful service to customers who call.
• Works with coworkers as a team to ensure customer satisfaction and a pleasant work environment.
• Rotates and replenishes merchandise; ensures highest quality standards are met.
• Ensures cleanliness in the department and displays labels and faces merchandise.
