As a Frozen Food/Dairy Clerk, you'll highlight our Frozen Foods and Dairy offerings. Whether stocking milk, yogurt, frozen vegetables, pizza, ice cream, or assisting guests in finding what they need, you'll be key in delivering an exceptional shopping experience with high-quality products.

Job Description

What You'll Do: As a Festival Foods Frozen Foods & Dairy Associate, you will:

• Provide Helpful Guest Service: Offer excellent customer service through friendly greetings, answering questions, and addressing guest concerns with professionalism and care. Helping guests will make a positive impact daily.
• Assist with Product Requests: Help guests find specific frozen or dairy items and take special orders when needed.
• Maintain Cleanliness and Organization: Keep the sales floor neat, tidy, and free of spills. Regularly stock and maintain product levels according to company standards.
• Efficient Inventory Management: Rotate stock using the first-in, first-out method, ensuring proper stocking and display.
• Ensure Product Availability: Keep products available by restocking display items and monitoring inventory levels to meet department goals.
• Support Department Standards: Maintain quality, availability, and cleanliness standards for the Frozen/Dairy department.
• Honor Commitments: Attend work regularly and punctually, providing adequate notice for absences and finding replacements when necessary.
• Support the Team: Perform other duties as assigned.

What We're Looking For:

To succeed in this role, candidates should have:

• Effective Communication Skills: Ability to interact tactfully and professionally with guests, leaders, and team members.
• Safety Awareness: Understanding of safety protocols and the ability to recognize and address hazards.
• Equipment Knowledge: Ability to learn equipment and procedures, including proper lifting techniques and operation of trash compactors, balers, and power equipment.

Physical Demands and Work Environment:

Work Schedule:

This part-time role primarily involves afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays in a retail grocery setting.
