Albertsons Companies is seeking a Frozen Supervisor to oversee daily operations of the Frozen Department, ensuring product quality, inventory accuracy, merchandising excellence, and food safety compliance. You will lead department associates, drive sales, and maintain a well-stocked, inviting shopping environment.

Responsibilities include supervising staff, training new hires, monitoring temperatures and rotation, and ensuring accurate pricing and promotions while upholding safety standards

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the Frozen Department.
• Ensure shelves, bunkers, and displays are fully stocked and merchandised.
• Monitor inventory levels and place orders to maintain in-stock conditions.
• Maintain accurate pricing, signage, and promotions.
• Supervise, train, and develop department associates.
• Assist with onboarding and training new associates.
• Provide feedback to help associates achieve departmental goals.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and assist with product inquiries.
