Shaw’s and Star Market in Worcester is seeking a reliable Frozen Department Clerk to keep the frozen aisles well-stocked, organized, and inviting. You will stock and rotate items, check freshness, and assist customers with friendly service in a fast-paced environment.

You’ll help manage inventory, maintain accurate orders, and keep the department neat and efficient, including handling equipment and moving between tasks across shifts.

Qualifications

• Must be 16 years of age or older (18+ depending on role).
• Retail, stocking, or customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to operate equipment such as pallet jacks, balers, and box cutters with training.
• Basic math and clear communication in English required.
• Flexible schedule including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Compliance with safety, sanitation, and dress standards.

Responsibilities

• Stock and rotate frozen products and maintain freshness.
