Job Summary:
As a Froster at our NEW BAKERY opening for Nothing Bundt Cakes, you will play a key role in creating delicious and visually appealing cakes for our customers. In this role, you will be responsible for icing and decorating cakes according to our company's standards and recipes. Your creativity and attention to detail will ensure that each cake is a work of art and leaves a lasting impression on our customers. This is a full-time, hourly position in the hospitality/restaurant industry, located in Altamonte Springs, Florida.

Responsibilities:

  1. Preparing and creating our signature frosting and decorating cakes according to our company's standards and recipes.
  2. Ensuring that all cakes are visually appealing and meet our quality standards.
  3. Maintaining a clean and organized work area, including proper storage of icing and tools.
  4. Collaborating with the rest of the bakery team to ensure efficient workflow and timely completion of orders.
  5. Providing excellent customer service by engaging with customers and fulfilling special requests.
  6. Following all safety and sanitation guidelines to maintain a safe and hygienic work environment.

Requirements:

  1. High school diploma or equivalent.
  2. Previous experience in cake decorating or baking is preferred.
  3. Passion for creating visually appealing desserts and attention to detail.
  4. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality standards.
  5. Strong teamwork and communication skills.
  6. Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
  7. Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods of time.
  8. Knowledge of food safety and sanitation guidelines.
