Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Follow NbC frosting recipes with precision and meet productivity goals.
• Use mixer and pastry bag to frost cakes.
• Prioritize pre-orders and frost walk-in cakes accordingly.
• Maintain frosting supplies, par levels, and packaging standards.
• Keep workstation clean, restock, and log frosting and refrigeration.
• Monitor frosting inventory and notify when restocking is needed.
• Ensure cake quality and report issues to management.
• Maintain attendance and punctuality.
