Job description

Join our team at The Nothing Bundt Cakes (NbC) Exton! We are a small family-owned bakery on a mission to bring joy to our guests, give back to the community, and sweeten the world one cake at a time.


As a Froster, you will make our signature frosting and frost all of our delicious cakes according to NbC's standards and time guidelines including cakes available for walk-in guests, pre-ordered cakes, and marketing cakes.


Schedule:

Hours: Flexible Evening and Weekend Shifts.
Monday- Friday after school -7:30pm, Saturday 9:30am- 6:30pm, Sunday 9:30- 3:30


Requirements:
  • Strong sense of teamwork.
  • Ability to follow instructions and take initiative.
  • Pays attention to detail.
  • Fits the Nothing Bundt Cakes culture.
  • Ability to work at a fast pace.
  • Has physical stamina (ability to lift and complete repetitive work with hands).
  • Has a strong sense of pride in one's work.
  • Understands the importance of maintaining a clean work area.

Responsibilities may include but are not limited to:
  • Frosts all cakes according to time and quality standards.
  • Makes NbC proprietary frosting according to the recipe.
  • Cleans, sanitizes, and restocks workstation.
  • Uphold NbC's image and brand.
  • Complies with all health and safety guidelines and NbC policies and procedures.
  • Maintains a consistent work attendance and punctuality record.

Education, Certifications and Work Experience Requirements:
  • Applicants must be 16 years of age or older.
  • Previous experience in a bakery, restaurant, or a food service environment is a plus.

Work Availability:

Must have the flexibility to work 2+ days a week, including weekends and some holidays.
