Job summary

Frost Bank seeks a Summer Intern to be paired with one department and contribute directly to its success, while working closely with mentors and team members. You’ll build relationships and tackle projects to add valuable experience to your resume.

You’ll attend a weekly Frost Lecture Series, gain exposure to several lines of business, and perform meaningful work that supports Frost’s mission. Applicants must be pursuing an undergrad degree in business or an MBA with a 3.0+ GPA.

Qualifications

• GPA of 3.0 or higher (transcript verified).
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

What you’ll do:

• Attend a weekly Frost Lecture Series that gives interns the opportunity to engage with leaders from various lines of business across the bank and gain exposure to several aspects of our financial institution
• Gain experience with a corporation that provides a full range of services in banking, brokerage and investments to acquire a deeper understanding of the financial industry
• Perform meaningful work to get valuable experience and further Frost as an organization
• Always take action using Integrity, Caring, and Excellence to achieve all-win outcomes

What you’ll need:

• Currently pursuing an undergraduate degree in business or an MBA
• Anticipated graduation date of December 2027 or May 2028
• Minimum GPA of 3.0 confirmed by transcript
• Strong organizational skills
• Time management skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
