Job summary

Anderson Health Services is seeking a Program Supervisor to lead a residential youth services team. You will coach Youth Care Workers, maintain daily operations, and foster a safe, structured environment where young people can grow and heal.

In this frontline leadership role, you will collaborate with clinicians, set expectations, provide real-time feedback, and guide staff through challenges with calm, decisive decision-making.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• Age 21 or older
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Ability to pass required background and drug screening requirements
• Strong communication and leadership abilities
• Experience working with youth, behavioral health, education, residential services, or related fields

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations within a residential program
• Coach, mentor, and develop Youth Care Workers and Youth Mentors
• Create a culture of accountability, teamwork, and professionalism
• Keep programs organized, structured, and running effectively
• Support staff growth through coaching and real-time feedback
• Lead shift meetings, team huddles, and post-incident debriefs
• Partner closely with clinicians and leadership teams
• Respond to challenges with confidence and sound judgment
• Ensure documentation, communication, and expectations stay on track
• Help youth feel safe, respected, and supported every day
