Job summary

Cape Cod Healthcare seeks dedicated Urgent Care support staff to assist Providers and nurses in delivering high-quality care at multiple Cape Cod locations, including Sandwich. Positions require MA CNA/EMT/Paramedic licensure with patient care experience.

Responsibilities include collecting vital signs, performing procedures under supervision, and assisting with intake, room prep, and equipment handling. Per diem, rotating shifts, and travel across UC sites are expected.

Qualifications

• Must be licensed CNA, EMT, or Paramedic in MA with patient care experience.
• RN track with ≥2 clinical rotations is a plus.
• BLS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care and collect data under the nurse's direction.
• Complete intake tasks including vital signs, EKGs, wound care, and point-of-care testing.
• Assist in preparation and cleaning of exam rooms and stocking supplies.
• Orient new Urgent Care Technicians to the unit as assigned by the manager.
• Support patient registration and phone duties as needed.
• Deliver service excellence to patients, families, and staff.
• Travel to multiple UC locations (Sandwich, Hyannis, Falmouth, Harwich, Plymouth).
