ManpowerGroup is recruiting a 2nd Shift Frontline Supervisor in Kenosha, WI to lead a 20–30 associate frontline team on site. The role focuses on safety, quality, and timely execution of daily production plans.

The ideal candidate has 2–5 years in frontline leadership within manufacturing or industrial settings, strong communication skills, and the ability to coach and manage performance on the floor.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of leadership experience in manufacturing, warehousing, logistics, distribution, or industrial operations.
• Previous experience operating in environments with rigorous safety expectations and operational discipline.
• Proven ability to coach employees and manage day-to-day workforce performance with fairness and accountability.
• Strong verbal communication skills and comfort serving as the first level of operational leadership on the floor.
• Working knowledge of standard manufacturing or warehouse operating practices, including standard work and operational discipline.

Responsibilities

• Lead frontline associates to deliver safe, consistent, and high-quality operational execution by translating operational plans into daily execution.
• Create safe, stable daily operations by reinforcing safety expectations, proactively addressing hazards, and coaching safe work practices throughout every shift.
• Drive reliable productivity by establishing daily priorities, directing work effectively, removing barriers, and adapting to changing production demands.
• Ensure quality execution by reinforcing quality standards, identifying defects early, and supporting corrective actions to minimize rework and protect client outcomes.
• Build workforce accountability and effective communication by setting clear expectations for attendance, performance, and teamwork, escalating issues to the Onsite Operations Supervisor when support or decisions are needed.

Our client, Industrial is seeking a 2nd Shift Frontline Supervisor to join their team. As a 2nd Shift Frontline Supervisor, you will be part of the Onsite Operations team supporting a frontline workforce of approximately 20–30 associates, depending on operational complexity. The ideal candidate will have verbal communication, training, and supervisor/team lead experience which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Frontline Supervisor

Location: Kenosha, WI

Pay Range: $85,000 yearly

Shift: 2:30 PM - 10:30 PM
