Job summary

CNG Holdings, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in Wisconsin to act as a front-line brand ambassador for Check N Go, Allied Cash Advance, or Cash Store. You will ensure outstanding customer service and regulatory excellence while supporting store operations and team development.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
• 1+ year of experience with sales, customer service, and/or cash handling.
• Strong customer service, active listening, and verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office programs.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work autonomously.
• Must have own transportation and valid driver’s license and insurance.
• Must live core values: accountable, inclusive, transparent, focused.

Responsibilities

• Serve and educate customers on products and services to meet their needs.
• Escalate issues to store manager and district leadership if unresolved.
• Answer telephone inquiries and process customer applications and requests.
• Perform outbound sales, courtesy, and collection calls in compliance with regulations.
• Respond to customers professionally and ensure they feel supported.
• Handle and count currency; manage cash drawer and deposits.
• Balance batch receipts with store reports and resolve discrepancies.
• Perform customer verifications and process transactions per policy.
• Complete compliance trainings and requirements.
• Other duties as assigned.
