Job summary

Gradient Inc is seeking a Full-time Specimen Collection Technician to handle drug and alcohol specimen collection from commercial drivers with care and precision. You will rotate between our Clackamas and Jubitz locations, ensuring compliance in every procedure while assisting with front-desk operations.

No medical background is required, and full training is provided during onboarding. Ideal candidates will possess excellent communication skills, a high school diploma, and 2+ years of customer service experience. Benefits include medical, dental, and vision insurance.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in customer service or a customer-facing administrative role.
• Ability to maintain strict chain-of-custody during collections.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Collect drug and alcohol specimens from commercial drivers and operators.
• Ensure all regulatory documentation is completed accurately and on time.
• Manage front-desk responsibilities and coordinate with the team during high-volume periods.
