Responsibilities

• Greet customers on arrival to the service drive and make them feel welcome.
• Direct guests to the appropriate advisor or waiting area.
• Assist with basic vehicle intake tasks and vehicle tags.
• Move and stage vehicles for service appointments.
• Transport vehicles to the service lot or shop as needed.
• Help maintain a clean, organized service drive and customer areas.
• Provide customer transportation when needed.
• Step in to help the department run smoothly as needed.
• Support the service team in daily operations.
