Alvarado Restaurant Nation is seeking a Team Member (Service Champion) in Colorado to ensure top-quality food and service by preparing menu items to specifications, maintaining cleanliness, and communicating with the team. This role supports a fast-paced dining environment and upholds safety standards.

The position involves staying on the line, assisting the expediter during handoffs, and delivering friendly service to guests while following company policies and recipes.

• Detailed knowledge of menu items and ability to prepare them accurately.
• Strong communication skills to coordinate with team members.
• Team-oriented mindset and reliability on the line.
• Knowledge of safety and quality standards and proper sanitization.

Mansioni

• Be an expert on the menu and build items to proper specifications.
• Mark customizations using current procedures.
• Communicate effectively between the line and the front counter and drive-thru.
• Assist the expediter and provide good customer service during handoffs.
• Keep the workstation clean and ensure safety and quality standards are met.
• Check temperatures of food regularly and monitor temps in coolers.
• Clean equipment including grills, melters, taco rail, and crumb tray.
• Wear a headset on the drive-thru line.
• Stock the line with wraps, trays, bowls, lids, boxes, and bags.
