Job summary

The starting hourly rate is $20.60, and the position requires willingness to work varying shifts, including nights and weekends as needed to support production.

Qualifications

• Experience in a manufacturing environment using hand and power tools.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
• Experience in heavy industrial environments preferred.
• Basic computer skills required.

Responsibilities

• Perform general department housekeeping, including cleanup, stacking and stock identification.
• Operate forklifts and mobile equipment to load, move, and position material.
• Inspect equipment and perform basic mechanical tasks to keep tools and machinery safe.
• Follow all safety procedures for equipment operation and safety requirements.
• Recognize and troubleshoot routine operational issues and communicate concerns promptly.
• Complete required production records and maintain accuracy.
