Job summary

4M Building Solutions, LLC. is seeking a frontline Team Member in Bloomington, IL. You will be trained in advanced cleaning and disinfection practices using green-sealed supplies and equipment, and you will represent the company with a friendly, courteous demeanor.

Daily duties include wiping surfaces, restocking towels and soaps, sweeping, mopping, and reporting maintenance issues. Medical benefits are available for eligible team members, with daily pay options and growth opportunities within

Qualifications

• Must have some janitorial experience; training provided in best practices.
• Must comply with safety guidelines and wear provided PPE as required by OSHA.
• Pass drug screening and background check.
• Attention to safety and cleanliness is essential to perform duties.

Responsibilities

• Get trained in 4M’s cleaning and disinfecting practices with green-sealed supplies.
• Be the friendly face of 4M: reliable, courteous, resourceful.
• Wipe down surfaces including countertops, fixtures, glass, mirrors, and furniture.
• Replenish towels, soaps, and toilet paper; restock as needed.
• Sweep, mop, and vacuum; maintain clean work areas.
• Identify and report repairs, leaks and drips as you notice them.
