4M Building Solutions is hiring a General Cleaner in Lafayette, IN to join our janitorial team. You will be trained in our green‑seal cleaning practices and serve as the friendly face of 4M, delivering reliable and courteous service on site.

Daily duties include wiping surfaces, replenishing supplies, sweeping, moping, vacuuming, and reporting repairs or leaks as you notice them. This frontline role emphasizes safety and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Some janitorial experience is preferred, and training is provided.

Responsibilities

• Get trained in 4M’s cleaning and disinfecting practices using green-sealed supplies and equipment.
• Be the friendly face of 4M—reliable, courteous and resourceful.
• Wipe down surfaces including counters, fixtures, glass, mirrors, windows, and furniture.
• Remove trash and replenish towels, soaps, and toilet paper.
• Sweep, wet mop, and vacuum floors.
• Report repairs, leaks or drips you notice to keep the facility in good condition.
