Due to expansive growth experienced in the first half of this year, they are actively hiring a Frontier Sales Trainee to join their team. The Frontier Sales Trainee is responsible for meeting directly with residential customers on a daily basis and conducting sales presentations. The Frontier Sales Trainee will create five-star sales experiences by building meaningful connections with customers, establishing trust, and recommending products or services that suit their needs.

Frontier Sales Trainee Responsibilities:

• Meet with prospective customers in a residential setting and confidently conduct thorough, informative, and one-on-one sales presentations
• Establish trust and rapport with customers as a way to create superior sales experiences, drive brand loyalty, and increase new customer retention
• Use consultative sales techniques to understand what the customer needs, and deliver sales solutions that satisfy those wants and needs
• Attend regular product training sessions to develop a thorough knowledge and understanding of the products, services, and promotions available to defined territories
• Collaborate with fellow Sales team members to improve the customer and sales experience and maintain a competitive edge against other brands
