Job summary

Paycom - ATS in Abilene, TX is seeking a Frontier Inventory Management Nightshift Associate. The role involves unloading, receiving, put‑aways, order pulling, and loading trucks, with on-site deliveries and material handling responsibilities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Minimum 1 year work experience preferred (warehouse experience preferred).

Responsibilities

• Unload incoming freight, receive, put aways, pull orders, load trucks, and operate on-site delivery.
• Attend daily TRC team safety meetings and regular on-site meetings.
• Determine proper inventory levels to maximize customer service and profitability.
• Adhere to industry ethical standards and maintain safety.
• Maintain item records in the business system and perform regular data upkeep.
• Lift or move products up to 50 pounds unassisted; heavier lifting up to 75+ pounds in construction areas.
• Operate forklift with proper training and certification; use pallet jacks and other handling equipment as needed.
• Support TWL implementation and quality program; keep the work area clean and compliant with safety regulations.

Job Location: Abilene, TX - 4270 Burl Harris Drive - Abilene, TX 79602, Position Type: Full Time, Frontier Inventory Management Nightshift Associate

Key Responsibilities

• Unloading incoming freight, receiving, put aways, pulling orders, loading trucks, onsite delivery, cutting wire, and trash/debris disposal.
• Daily TRC team safety meetings and regularly scheduled on-site TRC meetings.
• Determines the proper inventory levels to maximize our levels of both customer service and profitability.
• Adheres to the ethical standards of the industry.
• Performs regular maintenance of item records in the business system.
• Frequently lifts, carries or otherwise moves and positions product weighing up to 50 pounds unassisted when stocking, loading or unloading products.
• NOTE: if assigned to the construction product area, frequently lifts, carries or otherwise moves and positions product weighing 75+ pounds unassisted when stocking, loading or unloading products.
• Operates forklift: proper training and certification required.
• May also use material handling equipment (including pallet jack, dollies, handcart & conveyor).
• Supports the implementation and processes of TWL (if applicable) and the quality program.
• Cleans and maintains work area to ensure compliance to safety regulations.

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities

• High school diploma or GED.
• Minimum 1 year work experience preferred (experience not required, warehouse experience preferred).
• Basic PC skills with MS Office Products required. Operate computer terminal and other computer related equipment relevant to job duties.
