Synergy Sales Co. is expanding in West Virginia and beyond, seeking driven individuals to join our telecom sales team.

This role focuses on acquiring new residential and business customers through door-to-door canvassing, high-traffic promotions, and events, with a fast-track path into leadership. You will present our expanded suite of high-speed internet and bundled tech solutions, deliver value-driven pitches, and participate in twice-weekly training calls to sharpen your skills and accelerate

Qualifications

• Prior background in sales, hospitality, customer service, or retail is preferred (but we will train the right attitude).
• Excellent communication, thick skin for handling objections, and self-management abilities.
• Reliable transportation for travel within your assigned local territory.
• Pass a 7 year criminal background check.
