Acceler8 Talent is assembling a core engineering team in San Francisco to design and build data infrastructure powering frontier model development. You will own projects from inception to production, taking on significant responsibility and delivering impact from day one.

As an early hire, you will work with founders and researchers to shape architecture, scale systems, and drive key technical initiatives. Compensation includes equity and a competitive salary in a fast-growing environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 1+ years of work experience with Kubernetes.
• Experience taking ideas into production.
• Hands-on with high-throughput data pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Build and scale data capture workflows across web and desktop.
• Architect and optimize high-throughput data pipelines.
• Collaborate with founders on product strategy and ship features quickly.
• Establish engineering practices and foundations for growth.
