You will bridge partner engagements and core research, delivering end-to-end artifacts and translating lab insights into new research directions. The role demands deep curiosity, rigorous experimentation, and relentless problem-solving at scale.

Qualifications

• Experience with production-level Python codebases.
• Proficiency with containerization and distributed systems.
• Strong ML understanding, including RL concepts and training dynamics.
• Ability to own engagements end-to-end and deliver robust artifacts.
• Comfort with ambiguity and frontier AI challenges.

Responsibilities

• Understand the ask and translate it into actionable lab deliverables.
• Ship environments, tasks, and data ready for training or evaluation.
• Identify failure modes and ensure artifacts are reliable for multi-million-dollar runs.
• Close the loop by feeding lab findings back into core research and pursuing promising threads.
• Contribute to reusable platform components and evaluation protocols.
