About The Role

We are seeking a talented Software Engineer to join our dynamic team within the ADC Diabetes Care division. This role involves developing and maintaining scalable, reliable, and secure cloud-based solutions on a Software as a Service (SaaS) platform that serves users across more than 50 countries. The ideal candidate will have a passion for software engineering, strong leadership qualities, and a desire to make a meaningful impact by improving the lives of millions of people with diabetes. You will work with cutting‑edge technologies and collaborate closely with cross‑functional teams, including InfoSec, design, and product management, to deliver high‑quality features and solutions.   • Create diagrams, flowcharts, and models to illustrate system design and workflows
  • Work within Agile teams to develop, test, and deliver features iteratively
  • Collaborate with InfoSec teams to ensure security standards are met
  • Maintain high standards of code quality, performance, and reliability
  • Support continuous improvement through code reviews, documentation, and best practices
