Job summary

UST is seeking a Frontend UI Developer to design and implement web applications with strong experience in JavaScript, HTML, CSS and modern frameworks. The role emphasizes delivering features informed by user requirements and aligning with business goals.

You will work remotely in the US, collaborating across teams, writing tests with Enzyme/Jest/Mocha, and contributing to design documentation. A Bachelor's in CS and 8–10 years of hands-on experience are expected.

Frontend UI Developer

The Role

UST is searching for a Frontend UI Developer who will work designing and implementing web applications with experience in JIRA, Confluence etc.

What You'll Do

• Analyzing user requirements to inform application design
• Defining application objectives and functionality.
• Aligning application design with business goals.
• Developing and testing software.
• Debugging and resolving technical problems that arise.
• Producing detailed design documentation.
• Developing multimedia applications.
• Developing documentation to assist users.
• Ensuring continuous professional self-development

This position description identifies the responsibilities and tasks typically associated with the performance of the position. Other relevant essential functions may be required.

What You Need

• Bachelor's Degree in computer science or equivalent experience.
• 10 years of hands-on experience with Javascript, HTML and CSS (Required)
• 8 years of hands-on experience with React JS , Node JS, HTML ,CSS and Git (Required)
• Exposure in writing unit test case using Ezyme, Jest and Mocha etc. (Required)
• Background in Scrum/Agile development methodologies.
• Capable of delivering on multiple competing priorities with little supervision.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Location & Compensation

Compensation can differ depending on factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, education, and level of experience. UST provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in various U.S. markets as set forth below.

Role Location: Remote - US
Compensation Range: $75,000-$113,000

Full-time, regular employees accrue a minimum of 10 days of paid vacation per year, receive 6 days of paid sick leave each year (pro-rated for new hires throughout the year), 10 paid holidays, and are eligible for paid bereavement leave and jury duty.
