Capital Markets Gateway (CMG) is seeking a Senior Frontend Engineer to join the Mission Control team (DataLab product) as the frontend technical lead for the Western Hemisphere. You will craft user-centric, performant interfaces using React, TypeScript, and GraphQL.

You'll collaborate with product managers and backend engineers to translate complex business needs into maintainable code, set frontend architecture direction, and champion accessibility and quality across the product.

Qualifications

• 5+ years with React and TypeScript in frontend roles.
• 10+ years in software engineering or related field.
• Experience leading frontend technical decisions and mentoring engineers.
• Ability to drive UI architecture standards and accessibility.
• Experience with agentic coding tools (e.g., Claude, Codex, CoPilot).
• Solid full-stack experience (Node.js or equivalent) in a .NET shop.
• Fintech exposure is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Serve as frontend technical lead for CMG's DataLab product in the Western Hemisphere.
• Contribute to frontend development using React and TypeScript and establish best practices.
• Develop and maintain scalable UI for web applications.
• Collaborate with product managers and back-end engineers to translate requirements into code.
• Guide frontend architecture, component design, accessibility, performance, and DX improvements.
• Contribute to quality through unit, component, and E2E tests.
