Maximus is seeking a Software Developer (Frontend) to contribute advanced frontend design and development for USAF missions. You will craft technical designs, wireframes, and UI elements, enable efficient navigation, and collaborate with PMO and stakeholders to define requirements.

The role requires a TS/SCI clearance with CI Poly eligibility, remote work, and substantial experience with modern frontend tools and cloud deployments.

Formación

• Active TS/SCI with ability to obtain a CI Poly.
• 7+ years of overall experience in the functional area; Bachelor's degree required (Master's may substitute for 2 years).
• 7+ years of software development experience in OO and scripting languages with DevSecOps, microservices, and containers tool suites.
• 3+ years of experience with bug tracking software (e.g., Jira) and testing web-based applications.
• 3+ years of experience participating in software development programs or projects.
• Practical experience developing in a cloud environment.
• Experience integrating data from unclassified to classified deployments.
• 5+ years of experience with Jenkins and GitLab.
• 5+ years of experience with at least five of the following tools: NPM, Cypress.io, esbuild, Bun, Tomcat, Maven, SonarQube.
• 3+ years of recent front-end design and development.

The Software Developer (Frontend) provides subject matter proficiency for our USAF mission. This role is responsible for providing analytical skills to support process improvement, specialized studies, and definition of requirements. Shall perform engineering tasks for front-end design and development efforts including, but not limited to, creating technical design drawings, mockups, wireframes, and other associated documentation for PMO and stakeholder review, planning and implementing modifications to GUIs, constructing and optimizing various UI elements, optimizing system navigation practices and elements, and facilitating operator ease of use for user-facing feature development.

This position is remote a requires an active TS/SCI with the ability to obtain a CI Poly.

Job-Specific Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Practical experience developing in a cloud environment.
• Experience with integrating data from unclassified to classified application deployments.
• 5 years of experience with Jenkins and GitLab.

• 3 years of recent front-end web design and development experience.

• Role may require travel to a site 10-20% of the time.
