Job summary

US Tech Solutions is seeking a mid-senior level designer/AI data engineer to contribute to AI training datasets and evaluation in a 12-month contract. The role collaborates with UX teams to improve design guidance and platform code for product development.

The candidate will work across datasets, evaluative experiments, and data analysis to support post-training of large language models. Strong UX/UI understanding and Figma proficiency are required.

Qualifications

• Code comprehension abilities: extract relevant information from reading code in core languages and frameworks, leveraging code as a resource to create work output for users or stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of UX/UI design principles and methodologies.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma.
• Experience creating prototypes or custom tooling for the product development process.

Responsibilities

• Development of datasets for AI training and evaluation.

Base pay range

$150.00/hr - $150.00/hr

Duration: 12 months contract

Job Description:

• We take the most impactful design opportunities and make them a reality through UX guidance and platform code. We make products more efficient at building beautifully designed products for everyone.
• The Design Intelligence team collaborates with other teams understanding of UI and UX design (reasoning, generation, critiquing, manipulation.) We are a "tri-coastal" team with core members on the US west coast, NYC, and Germany.

Responsibilities:

• Development of datasets for AI training and evaluation
• Eval development and experimentation (in collaboration with UX team)
• Data analysis of benchmark results, including development of necessary infrastructure
• Production of datasets for application to post-training of LLMs

Experience:
