You will guide architecture, execution, and operational excellence, partnering with Product, Design, TPM, and platform teams to align priorities and drive scalable, reliable streaming experiences.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of software engineering experience with leadership experience.
• 5+ years hands-on JavaScript and modern web development experience.
• Experience with media playback technologies in web or connected devices.
• Experience leading teams through full software delivery lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Lead and grow the JavaScript Disney Media Player engineering team.
• Own execution of the team roadmap and ensure platform reliability.
• Provide technical leadership for the player stack and architecture.
• Collaborate with Product, Design, TPM, and platform teams.
